We have a centre with a warm and friendly atmosphere, selling a wide range of items including Painted Furniture, Collectables, Mahogany, Pine, Oak, Pictures, Books, Linen, Kitchenalia, China, Lighting, Mirrors, Clocks, Vintage Clothes and Jewellery. Covering 3 floors, Matlock Antique and Collectables Centre is home to around 70 dealers. Stock includes antique and retro furniture, pottery porcelain and glass, vintage textiles and clothing, jewellery, kitchenalia, railwayana, die-cast toys and all types of collectables.

Open 7 days a week, Monday to Saturday 10 am to 4.30 pm, Sunday 11 am to 4 pm.

Limited on street parking, large pay and display within a couple of minutes walk. Cafe and tea room, selling home made soup and cakes, at the rear of the ground floor with river views.

Ashbourne Antiques Centre. (Ashbourne)

Ashbourne Antiques Centre can be found in the busy Peak District market town of Ashbourne. Situated mid way along Church Street, it is right in the heart of the many antique shops to be found in the town. A warm welcome can be expected from proprietor Barbara Acres as well as her friendly, knowledgeable helpers.

Glossop Antique Centre. (Glossop)

The centre, which previously had 10 dealers, is now run solely by Michael O’Sullivan as O’Sullivan Antiques Limited.

If you are in the market for antiques in Glossop then you should make O’Sullivan Antiques Ltd your first port of call. We are a professional and friendly family run business with a wealth of experience and knowledge of antiques.

Set in an old chapel with several showrooms containing a good mixture of antique, retro and contemporary furniture, collectables and decorative items. I found Michael a pleasant chap, easy to talk to and helpful.

Derwentside Antiques has been a successful business for over 15 years. Stocking hundreds of reclaimed, vinatge, retro, period and original items. This Aladdins cave is full of unique and unusual pieces all displayed in a magnificent 19th Century flour mill within the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site. As you enter the showrooms the very first room gives an overall impression of what you can expect. Beautiful tables, chairs, dressers, chests of drawers and grandfather clocks together with a vast selection of original and reproduction door handles, knobs and knockers. Each of the 3 floors are brimming with fantastic antiques and Derwentside’s own high quality hand made furniture.

Set in an old flour mill, Derwentside offers a good selection of antique, retro and vintage pieces, together with hand made reclaimed and reproduction furniture. A nicely laid out centre, covering four floors of the old flour mill, with plenty of variety on offer. Stock includes:-  antique, reclaimed, retro& vintage furniture, clocks, pianos, architectural items, vintage doors, stained glass and much more. All in all Derwentside is a nice place to visit, with pleasant and helpful staff.

Heanor Antiques Centre. (Heanor)

Olympia House Antiques Centre. (Chesterfield)

A few minutes walk from Chesterfield town centre is Olympia House Antiques Centre. Spread over two floors, the centre has a good selection of antique and retro pieces on offer. Plenty to suit the retro enthusiast here, with mid century furniture ceramics and collectables, vintage clothing and textiles, architectural items and some antique furniture.

Of particular note is a room of hand painted furniture, with antique, retro and contemporary pieces, all very nicely finished to give a distressed, rustic or shabby chic look.

Vintage tea room on site, free parking at the rear.
